Refresh and Recharge

The prison kitchen was originally built to serve 350 prisoners 3 meals a day. Now, this integral part of the prison’s daily routine has been developed into the ‘Shrewsbury Prison Restaurant’. It is the perfect pit-stop to relax and grab a bite to eat after your fun-filled day out behind bars.

Our restaurant is open 7 days a week, 10am – 5pm. Food is served ’till 4:30pm.

Catering Facilities

Our restaurant also caters for groups, educational visits, corporate events and private bookings. If you are interested in having your event with us please get in touch. Our team is here to help you get the most out of your visit and we can adjust catering options to suit the requirements of your group.
