Shrewsbury Prison welcomes all visitors. However, due to the nature of our historic site some parts of this Victorian building may present difficulties for people with disabilities and those with limited mobility.
The vast majority of the site is accessible. However, there are traditional stairs between the landings, which may cause difficulties.
We have a functional stairlift and a disabled toilet on site.
