Welcomed by a member of our dedicated customer service team, your journey will begin with hot & cold refreshments whilst we greet and gather your team in preparation to meet their Prison Officer.

Your Prison Officer will escort you to reception to begin your Prisoner Experience. Here you will confess your crimes, receive your standard issue orange jumpsuit, before being placed into a holding cell. From there you will be escorted, by your Prison Officer, to take part in your chosen activities.
Once your activities are complete you will enjoy drinks and light refreshments in the prison restaurant. Here you can compare notes with your colleagues, have your mugshots taken and spend time with your Prison Officer, prior to your release.
