Book your place behind barsInstead of music playing through speakers, everyone receives a pair of wireless headphones. You can switch between three different music channels and control your own volume.
No. Everyone chooses their own soundtrack and can change channel at any time. The colour of each person’s headphones shows which channel they are listening to.
Doors open at 7pm and we recommend arriving between 7pm and 7.30pm. This gives you time to check in, collect your headphones, visit the bar and be ready for the Governor’s welcome.
Last entry is at 9pm.
Private cells are available for groups of four to six people. All members of the group must hold a Governor’s VIP Package ticket. VIP capacity is limited, so advance booking is strongly recommended.
A bar will be open throughout the event, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Crisps and other bagged snacks will also be available. Shrewsbury Prison is a cashless venue, so all purchases must be made by card or contactless payment.
